Katie, Vice President of Baseball Operations, enters her 13th season with the Grasshoppers and her 22nd season in professional baseball. She has spent her career working in several capacities with Cleveland Indians affiliates, including a position with the big league club itself.

Prior to joining the Grasshoppers, Katie spent two seasons with the Lake County Captains, serving as the Assistant General Manager for Public Relations.

During her 11 seasons in Greensboro, the Grasshoppers have won numerous awards, including five South Atlantic League Club Merit Awards. In 2008, Baseball America recognized the Grasshoppers as the Most Outstanding Single-A Organization in the country. Dannemiller was named the South Atlantic League Female Executive of The Year 2007 and 2009. Most recently she was the 2009 recipient of the Rawlings Woman Executive of The Year.

A native of Akron, Ohio, Katie is a St. Vincent-St. Mary High School alumna. She is also a proud graduate of the University of Akron, where she received her degree in Business Organizational Communications and a minor in Marketing.

Katie worked for eight years as a sales representative for Highlander Golf prior to her move into minor league baseball. She currently resides in Greensboro.
